1. Refund Policy: All requests for cancellations and/or refunds must be received in writing to registration@sapa-gp.org by June 7th, 2024 (7 days before the event starts). The refunds will be processed, less a 10% processing fee. Refund requests received after June 7th, 2024, will not be processed.
2. Student Ticket: Undergraduate and graduate students are qualified for student tickets. Registration using the official university email is required. Student ID will be verified at event check-in. Ticket access may be denied if the status can not be verified.
