1. How to get refund?
All requests for cancellations and/or refunds must be received in writing to registration@sapa-gp.org 7 days before the event starts. The refunds will be processed, less a 10% processing fee.
2. How to get student ticket?
Undergraduate and graduate students are qualified for student tickets. Registration using the official university email is required. Student ID will be verified at event check-in. Ticket access may be denied if the status can not be verified.
